MatchMaker FundRaising Software’s trainer is an experienced development officer with classroom training experience. The two day training on MatchMaker FundRaising Software is available online or on-site at your office. Training greatly improves the user's understanding of MatchMaker FundRaising Software's features and how those features can best be used to enhance and strengthen the nonprofit's fundraising program.
Available monthly, online training allows new hires to be easily brought up to speed on the software application.

Support
MatchMaker FundRaising Software is supported by trained individuals who have worked in development offices in various size nonprofits. These individuals not only understand how the software functions, but also understand fundraising. Technical support is available by phone and by e-mail. With permission, technical support can access your computer system remotely to help you resolve problems.
Available to all clients, MatchPoints, the quarterly client newsletter, provides additional information and reminders to clients regarding the use of MatchMaker FundRaising Software. In addition to MatchPoints, a Client Support website is available to view articles and tutorials on different aspects of MatchMaker FundRaising Software.
MatchTips, a quarterly newsletter from MatchMaker FundRaising Software, provides fundraising tips and technology information to nonprofit organizations. Issues of MatchTips are available through our blog.
