Diana V. Hoyt, CFRE, is president of Heritage Designs. She designed and markets MatchMaker FundRaising Software. In addition, Diana provides fundraising consulting services and training to nonprofits. Diana has more than thirty years of professional and volunteer fundraising experience. She created five nonprofit development offices in the Greater Phoenix area and has been involved in almost every facet of the development process.
Diana, a Certified Fund Raising Executive, has served on the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Arizona Chapter board for seven years and is a past president of the chapter. She has served as both a mentor for and on the faculty of the chapter’s Professional Mentoring Program. Diana was the 2004 recipient of the AFP Greater Arizona Chapter’s Fundraising Executive of the Year Award.
Diana holds a bachelors degree from Kansas University and a masters degree from Arizona State University. Prior to her involvement in fundraising and fundraising software, she taught high school and junior high mathematics in Arizona, Missouri and Germany.

Lisa Viggiano, a long time resident of Arizona, started her career in the nonprofit sector in 1990. In April 1990, Lisa went to work for the Arizona Cactus-Pine Girl Scout Council. She worked in numerous capacities at the Girl Scouts including sales clerk, data entry clerk, senior council registrar and then fund development administrative assistant. In 1997, she left the Girl Scouts to work at the Arizona Science Center as development associate. She was later promoted to membership assistant manager.
Lisa is Vice President Client Services and has been with Heritage Designs since 1999. Her responsibilities include client data conversion and technical support for MatchMaker FundRaising Software and software upgrade development and testing.
Lisa also serves as Heritage Designs’ representative to Executive Women International (EWI) where she has held the following positions: directory chair, secretary, and programs director. Lisa is the vice president/president elect for the Phoenix Chapter of EWI.

Michael Pearson, a native of Arizona, joined Heritage Designs in 2006 as the business development manager. He brings with him more than four years of sales experience in both nonprofit and corporate settings. Michael is responsible for product sales, cultivating business leads, meeting with prospective clients, and representing the company at trade shows and other industry events.
Previously, Michael worked for United Blood Services in the community relations department, as well as Imaging Systems of Arizona and OpenWorks.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University, he has his bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in management.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit field, Doris Greene has ‘done it all’ as a fundraising professional. Her career which includes employment with small- to mid-size organizations spans the arts and sciences. Doris’ development expertise includes annual giving and planned giving, board development, capital and endowment campaigns, direct mail, grant writing, special events and volunteer management. Her management skills include community relations, strategic planning, marketing/PR, and arts accessibility.
A long-time member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Doris served on the Greater Arizona Chapter board when she lived in Arizona and is a member of the Washington D.C. Chapter. Doris is a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and has a master’s degree from Simmons College, in Boston, Massachusetts.
Doris is the Business Development Associate for MatchMaker FundRaising Software on the East Coast, where she currently resides.
