Development Office Audit
Review your organization’s written organization documents, policies and procedures and plans. Working from an extensive check list, a determination will be made of what is in place and the status of existing documents. A report will be issued delineating the organization’s strengths and providing strategies to better position the organization for fundraising.

Strategic Planning for Fundraising
Review your current fundraising program and activities and analyze results versus goals. Working with your staff, a Fundraising Plan will be developed to meet current and short-term fundraising goals.
Capital Campaign Readiness and Implementation
If you are embarking on a capital campaign, Heritage Designs’ staff can conduct your feasibility study and help you organize the multiple facets of the campaign for implementation. Tasks include writing the case for support, creating campaign collateral materials, prospect ranking, gift table development, and solicitor training.

This is only available to MatchMaker FundRaising Software clients. Following the execution of the Fundraising Effectiveness Survey, Heritage Designs will work with you to interpret the results and create a strategy to minimize donor losses and maximize gains.
