MatchMaker FundRaising Software Access Options

MatchMaker FundRaising Software has two installation options designed to fit your needs. It can be accessed online, or on your own network or personal computer. MatchMaker FundRaising Software is also available for a single user at a time or up to 100 users, and you can always add users as your team grows.

Single-User

Single-user license means that MatchMaker can be accessed by one user at a time. If you have the online version, you can give access to as many users as you like, but only one may log in at a time. With the installed version of MatchMaker you can only install the software on one computer, but you can have unlimited number of users.

Additional Users

Additional users can be added at anytime. If you need more than one person to be able to log in and use MatchMaker simultaneously, you can select exactly the number of users you want. For example, you could choose to have two users in either the online or installed version, so two people can use the software concurrently, although you may grant access to more users.

Application Support

MatchMaker FundRaising Software is supported by trained individuals who have worked in development offices in various size nonprofits. These individuals not only understand how the software functions, but also understand fundraising. Technical support is available by phone and by e-mail.

Support costs are included in the monthly access fee for online subscription or on an annual basis for our install version.

MatchMaker FundRaising Software Training Options

MatchMaker FundRaising Software’s training curriculum, developed by a master’s level educator and classroom instructor, provides a comprehensive approach to the software application. MatchMaker FundRaising Software’s trainer is an experienced development officer with classroom training experience. The two day training on MatchMaker FundRaising Software is available online or on-site at your office. Training greatly improves the user’s understanding of MatchMaker FundRaising Software’s features and how those features can best be used to enhance and strengthen the nonprofit’s fundraising program.

Online Webinar Training

Training is available online, divided into four modules that are 2 hours each.  Each module costs $75.

At Client Location Training

Training is two days. Trainer’s travel expenses will be an additional cost.  Client Location Training starts at $1,500

Database Conversion

Your data, whatever shape it is in, is a valuable asset of your organization. The Heritage Designs’ staff will transform it from any venue into a clean, workable MatchMaker FundRaising Software database. Whether you are using numerous Excel spreadsheets, an old Access database, QuickBooks, another application, or a combination of these, Heritage Designs will get the job done for you.

Conversion costs are charged separately and are dependent upon the existing condition of the database.

Are there payment plans for the installed version?

Payment Plans Are Available

Heritage Designs provides payment options that will enable your organization to begin using the software immediately to raise more money.

  • All software purchases include 30 days of technical support.
  • Heritage Designs staff will manage the conversion of your current database. Conversion costs are charged separately and are dependent upon the size and condition of the existing database.
  • Technical support agreements are annual and provide for 12 months of support by phone, e-mail, or remote access.
  • Software upgrades as released. These are free to organizations with technical support agreements.

What is the length of subscription contract?

Online Purchase Option

Subscription contracts are month-to-month.  There is a 30 day cancellation policy for all online subscription plans.

Installed Purchase Option

Support agreements are annual and are optional.  If you choose not to continue with a support agreement you will still have access to your application and database.

Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Subscription plans can be changed at anytime.  There is a 30 day cancellation notice for all Online subscription plans.
