Diana V. Hoyt, is president of Heritage Designs. She designed and markets MatchMaker FundRaising Software. In addition, Diana provides fundraising consulting services and training to nonprofits. Diana has more than thirty years of professional and volunteer fundraising experience.
Diana has served on the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Arizona Chapter board for seven years and is a past president of the chapter. Diana was the 2004 recipient of the AFP Greater Arizona Chapter's Fundraising Executive of the Year Award.
Diana is on the faculty of the Arizona State University Nonprofit Management Institute.

Corporate matching gifts occur when an individual makes a charitable contribution and the individual’s employer matches the employee’s gift by sending a contribution to the same nonprofit organization. Corporations will in some cases match an employee’s volunteer hours with a matching gift.
